This audio stream does not require log in or fee payment.  It is not supplied directly by Exogeny Network, and we have no control over content or quality.  It is often VERY loud, so remove headphones and adjust volume!  Gia Scott's Dawn of Shades is live ONLY on Tuesday evenings from 7-9 p.m. Central.  Archived programs from a variety of sources, as well as live programming from UPRN is streamed at other times.  Unfortunately, we do not have access to any kind of a program schedule, and cannot help listeners on that particular issue.

Gia Scott's Dawn of Shades began broadcasting on March 27, 2007.  It was originally a 1 hour program focused on New Orleans' paranormal phenomena, and her first guest was a tarot reader who has worked in the New Orleans French Market for years.  (The French Market is a "flea market" located at the edge of the French Quarter of New Orleans.  It is open daily.)

From this beginning, it evolved into what it is today--a variety talk show with an intimate conversational format.  The program features many topics, including esoteric, paranormal and alternative topics. 

For our listeners, it is much like being "allowed" to eavesdrop on a conversation between 2 or more people on the chosen topic, as well as asking questions of the guests during the program.  This is a unique approach, but well suited to Gia's personality and desire to share, without judgement, a variety of topics and approaches to these topics.  Many of our listeners, just like in the "olden days" of radio, like to tune in via the internet and listen while cooking dinner or doing other tasks.  Other listeners also enjoy downloading the programs to listen on their mp3 player or computer while at work, commuting, or doing other things.

Gia's goal with the topics is to simply present the information for listeners to consider its relevancy, importance, and accuracy on their own, and to perhaps expand on the topic by purchasing or borrowing books, using websites, and other venues to continue their exploration of a topic or idea.  All of these things will hopefully help each listner to "illuminate their own personal journey towards Truth." (This statement is included in each week's closing program by Gia Scott as well.)

Gia Scott, Exogeny Network, and UPRN/Paranormal Radio Network, may not agree with all topics, opinions, ideas, points of view, beliefs, and/or methods discussed during the course of Gia Scott's Dawn of Shades.  We encourage all of our listeners to explore the ideas and ascertain their accuracy and relevancy on their own and to not rely on statements by anyone during the course of this (or any other) program.  We strongly advocate individual responsibility for actions, choices, and opinions. 

Independent thinking is NOT a social disease, but rather the only route towards Truth that doesn't result in a a herd of Sheeple bottlenecked at a gate where the gate keeper may well be charging a fee you do not want to pay. 

There is no safety in a mindless herd!

Today, Gia Scott broadcasts from a variety of locations, depending on where she is physically located at during the show's time slot.  Often, it is her home on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, literally less than a mile from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounded by the placid bayous and swamps of the coastal region.  It is not hard to see the magical and mystical facets of life when one is surrounded by nature, and your life is draped with Spanish moss, scented by magnolia trees, and punctuated with the steady sounds of nature.  It is equally as easy to see the detrimental effects of mankind upon our planet when observing the myriad of objects floating down the rivers and bayous towards the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the after effects of the BP oil spill upon the land, sea, and local communities.
